As soon as our cadre got our hands on the SAM SXT Extremity Tourniquet we began recommending it to our customers, friends, peers, and anyone who stood still long enough. The one drawback to this was minor, but it mattered to some. The SXT was not yet one of the recommended limb tourniquets from the CoTCCC.
